Guarantee Against Breakage During Shipping
Your Design Neon Sign is protected against breakage during shipment. Our Neon Signs are packaged professionally to survive the rigorous handling process, which significantly decreases the likelihood of breaking during shipping.
When your sign is shipped, a notification is included on the outer box instructing you to open the box and inspect it for damage within 24 hours of delivery. Damages can be reported easily by emailing us at info@Designneon.com. Within 24 hours of delivery, it is critical that you open your package and inspect your neon sign for damage within a given time. We need video proof to investigate the cause of damage further. If Design Neon is alerted within 24 hours (or one business day) of the damage, we will swiftly take care of any sign replacement at no cost to the customer. We may require photographs of the damage to ascertain the most efficient method of replacing your damaged sign. Any sign that has been reported as having shipment damage MUST STILL BE IN ITS ORIGINAL BOXES; NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please note that any shipping damage reported after 24 hours will not be refunded or replaced.
Manufacturing Fault Warranty
In addition to our regular 2-year warranty, we will replace (at our discretion) any sign that came with a manufacturing fault. Please report the problems to us, if you receive a faulty sign, or incomplete sign, or any other missing components within 24 hours of delivery. Custom signs are made to order and are not returnable; no refunds will be issued. All charges, as well as charges for us to send out replacement sign is Design Neon’s obligation. We will not accept any request after 24 hours of receiving the sign. Please send us video proof of the fault or damage. We will investigate the cause of a fault and offer a settlement accordingly.
