We offer a diverse range of colors in our 13-color palette, covering both warm and cool tones of neon. You can also choose the "RGB" option to have a stunning multi-colored flickering and flashing sign. Additionally, you have the choice to enhance your sign’s design by selecting a color-printed backing also known as UV-print backing.
How will I receive the mock-up I requested?
We will send it to you via email. We pay close attention to the details you provide, following your preferred style, font, color, text, and background. For your convenience, we also reach out to you through SMS. You can easily download the design and share it with anyone you wish.
Will the final signs resemble the mock-up?
Absolutely! Our designer will create a mock-up that closely resembles the final product. Whether it's your name, business logo, favorite quote, or anything else. We strive to make the mock-up as realistic as possible. You also have the option to request modifications to the mock-up before it goes into production. Furthermore, you can save or share the mock-up with your friends and family. We assure you that your neon light will be an exact representation of the mock-up.
What is the average price range for a neon sign?
The cost of a neon sign can vary based on several factors. The size of the sign plays a significant role, along with the design, whether it is intended for indoor or outdoor usage and the inclusion of the RGB option. On average, a medium-sized design may cost you between $400 and $700.
Can I use my sign outdoors?
If you require neon signs for outdoor use, we offer a specialized range of outdoor signage that is designed to withstand outdoor conditions. These signs have an IP67 waterproof rating, ensuring their suitability for outdoor environments. Please let us know your indoor/outdoor preference beforehand.
Is the UV print on my sign durable?
The UV print used on our outdoor signs is highly durable and resistant to fading, scratching, and smudging. The UV-cured ink ensures that your sign maintains its vibrant colors and longevity even when exposed to water and various weather conditions.
Are RGB signs different from regular ones?
RGB signs are distinct from regular signs as they have the ability to change colors and display dynamic lighting effects. These signs offer a captivating visual experience as they can flash, flicker, and transition between various colors. Additionally, you have the flexibility to control the colors and effects using a provided remote control, allowing you to set the sign to your desired color.
How long is the recommended operating duration for a neon sign?
Our neon signs are designed to function reliably for up to an impressive 50,000 hours without experiencing any flickering or fuse-related issues. Therefore, you can confidently leave your neon sign on for extended periods of time.
Do cold weather conditions have any impact on neon signs?
Neon signs are not adversely affected by cold weather, wind, or dust. However, in regions where snowfall is common during winter, it is advisable to opt for a waterproof sign to ensure optimal performance and durability.
Are neon signs expensive to operate?
Operating neon signs is relatively cost-effective compared to many other types of decorative lighting. On average, lighting a neon sign continuously for 24 hours would cost around 20 cents per day, making it an affordable option for long-term use.
Is it possible to repair a burnt-out neon sign?
While we do not provide repair services, we can assure you that our LED neon signs are designed to never experience burnouts, overheating, or any significant heat emission during operation. You can trust in the longevity and reliability of our products.
SHIPPING & WARRANTY FAQs
What is the estimated delivery time?
Typically, it takes approximately 15-20 days for your order to be delivered. However, if you require your order sooner, you can opt for express delivery at an additional cost of $50. With express delivery, you can expect your order to arrive within 7-14 days.
What if I receive a damaged sign?
If you receive a damaged or defective neon sign, please notify us via email, call, or text message. Kindly attach a brief video clip as evidence of the damaged item(s) in the email or text message. We will investigate the cause of the issue and arrange for a replacement. A brand-new neon sign will be shipped to you without any delay.
Does the neon sign come with a warranty?
All our neon signs come with a 24-month guarantee, subject to proper usage. If your sign experiences issues such as blinking, flickering, or complete malfunction, kindly provide us with video evidence. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. If you have any further inquiries, please feel free to contact us via text or email, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

How are LED neon signs better than Glass neon signs?
LED neon signs are much more durable, energy-efficient, and brighter than glass neon signs. LED neon signs are also much more affordable than glass neon signs.
INSTALLATION FAQs
What will I require to install my neon sign?
Design Neon sends you an installation kit along with your neon sign for free. All you need to do is follow the guide and install your sign yourself.
Can I wall-mount my neon sign?
Of course! We send you a wall mounting kit along with a hanging wire to install your sign so that you can choose either of the installation methods according to your preference.
