Refund Policy


The term “Seller” refers to design Neon and our manufacturers.
The term “Buyer” refers to the Buyer or any person acting on the Buyer’s behalf and with his or her permission.
The term “Goods” refers to the Seller’s supplies( Neon signs and related products to the neon signs (and where the context so permits shall include any supply of Services as hereinafter defined).

“Price” refers to the agreed-upon cost of the Goods between the Seller and the Buyer.


Design Neon will not refund any cash/credit paid for Custom Order Products or accept returns.
If you receive a damaged/defective/ neon sign, please notify us via email or text message within 24 hours, including photographic or video proof of the damage to the Goods and accompanying packaging. We will investigate the cause of the incident and compensate for the loss or send you another neon sign.  Make sure you get in touch with us within 24 hours, if you fail to do so, Design Neon will not be liable to compensate for your loss. The final decision will solely depend on our investigation and Video proof provided by the buyer.

Due to the hand-created nature of the goods, small variances and discolorations are possible. Certain color changes may also occur as a result of the calibration of the computer screen and printer. The Buyer agrees that these differences and discolorations are not the Products’ fault and accepts the possibility of them occurring.

The Buyer shall check the Goods upon delivery and shall notify Design Neon in writing of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage, or failure to conform to the description or quote within twenty-four (24) hours after delivery. If the Buyer violates these requirements, the Goods are conclusively considered to be in line with the terms and conditions and free of defects or damage.

Modifications And Changes After Purchasing the Sign

  • Once your order is placed, your sign will go to manufacturing and we will not be able to modify, change or cancel your neon sign.
  • Regrettably, we are unable to issue refunds for customized products or limited-edition signs. In the event of technical difficulties, please contact our service staff.

*Our customers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. We are not responsible for customs delays.
