WILL THE UV PRINT ON MY OUTDOOR SIGN FADE OVER TIME?
The UV print used on our outdoor signs is highly durable and resistant to fading, scratching, and smudging. The UV-cured ink ensures that your sign maintains its vibrant colors and longevity even when exposed to water and various weather conditions.
ARE RGB SIGNS DIFFERENT FROM REGULAR ONES?
Animated signs, also referred to as RGB signs, are distinct from regular signs as they have the ability to change colors and display dynamic lighting effects. These signs offer a captivating visual experience as they can flash, flicker, and transition between various colors. Additionally, you have the flexibility to control the colors and effects using a provided remote control, allowing you to set the sign to your desired color or animation.
DOES MY ORDER COME WITH A GUARANTEE?
All our products come with a 24-month guarantee, subject to proper usage. Please note that we are not liable for any costs associated with the installation or uninstallation of your sign. In the event that your sign experiences issues such as blinking, flickering, or complete malfunction, kindly provide us with photographs and videos for assessment. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. If you have any further inquiries, please feel free to contact us via text or email, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES IN A DAMAGED CONDITION?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us via email or text message. Kindly include a brief video clip as evidence of the damaged item(s). We will promptly investigate the cause of the issue and arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you without delay.
